Hot Yoga is a set sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises specifically designed to heal the body of common chronic conditions. Practice in a room heated to approximately 32 degrees with our state of the art heating system. The infrared heating panels are the best and safest way to practice hot yoga. Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues, tendons, fascia and ligaments with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints, improving flexibility and aiding healing while stimulating the meridians to loosen energetic blockages and increase energy flow. It’s a slow-paced style of yoga with poses, or asanas, that are held for longer periods of time, five minutes or more per pose is typical.
